Questions About Hotel

The venue last year had many perks, however it was far from the Capitol. This year, we searched extensively for a venue that had the same perks (natural light, great food, restaurants near by, etc) that was closer to the Capitol. With the Washington Court Hotel being in walkable distance to the hill, you won't have to spend money on Uber, Lyft, or taxi's. If you have a flight on Monday, you'll also be able to store your luggage at the venue for free.

As great as all of this sounds, we understand that the price is still higher than normal. That's why we've created an easy system to coordinate shared rooms. Fill out this form below and allow us to help save you money.

You are in walking distance to the hill, Chinatown, metro station (Union Station stop), Union Station, and all local bus lines.

No need to worry about hailing a ride early on Monday morning because it takes 12 minutes to walk to the Capitol. Grab a drink or a bite to eat, or explore local shops and markets in Chinatown. Need to get to the Reagan National Airport? The metro can take you there.

We chose this venue because you can walk everywhere. However, Uber, Lyft, and taxi's are available 24/7.

The availability of multiple accomodations in Washington, DC is very convenient. However, we've outlined some reasons why you should consider booking a room on site.

  • Stay where the action is happening! You can wake up and walk directly downstairs to the venue. There are plenty of social spaces in the hotel too so you can network and mingle with your tribe.
  • Location, location, location. Getting an Airbnb somewhere else in the city may seem cheaper, but transportation costs in DC can add up. You'll also want to account for traffic as it gets fairly busy during the weekends.
  • Additional costs of Airbnb. Each Airbnb booking tacks on cleaning fees, service fees, and occupancy taxes and fees.

We understand that the price of accomdations are higher than usual. That's why we've created an easy system to coordinate shared rooms. Fill out this form below and allow us to help save you money. AANP staff will coordinate who you will share a room with and reach out to you with further booking information. The deadline to sign up is March 20, 2020.
