Membership Rates & Types |

As a result of an approved amendment to the AANP bylaws by the House of Delegates your membership duration and payment schedules are now flexible. Beginning December 2009, members will be able to make monthly dues payments. A discount for those who elect to pay their dues in single lump payment is still available. Additionally, AANP membership term is no longer tied to the calendar year. Whenever you join or renew in the year, you will receive a full 12-month membership.
AANP dues, which will rise this year for the first time since 1996, are used to drive all of the work of the association, including our federal legislative work, state licensing efforts and our national public relations campaign to educate consumers about naturopathic medicine.

In addition to your membership fees, you must also provide supporting documentation that certifies your eligibility for membership:
Leader, Regular, Graduate and International Members: must provide the AANP with a copy or digital photo of your diploma from an accredited institution, if you have not already done so in previous years. You must also provide a copy of your State License OR proof of your membership with a state association.
Student Members must send the AANP a copy of your student ID or another document that indicates proof of your enrollment.
Faculty/Retired/Inactive Members must provide the AANP with a copy or digital photo of your diploma from an accredited naturopathic medical school, if you have not already done so in previous years. Your practice will not be listed on Find an ND.
Associate Members must provide a copy of your credentials in your respective field.
Supporting Members require the endorsement of an AANP member who is a licensed ND. |
